Please follow the below guidelines on what kind of information should be posted to the WSUS mailing list:

  • Installation and setup of WSUS.
  • Recommended or suggested WSUS configurations.
  • User experiences with WSUS.
  • "How To" questions about WSUS.
  • Technical Support questions about WSUS.

  • Announcement of security vulnerabilities.
  • Product advertisements.
  • Discussion of non-WSUS related issues.
  • Non-computer/network security related material.
  • HTML E-Mails are not accepted on the list and may be rejected by the moderators. Please send E-Mails as plain text messages.
  • Attachments are not accepted on the list and will be rejected by the moderators
